Planned & Reactive Compliance Maintenance
Planned upkeep. Responsive repairs. Clear records.
Vesta Group helps property owners, managing agents and facilities teams stay on top of maintenance, respond to defects and complete the remedial works their buildings need.
From routine fire door maintenance and firestopping repairs to building fabric defects and damp-related works, we bring a compliance-focused approach to looking after your property.
Whether you need a one-off repair or an ongoing maintenance programme, we help establish the priorities, organise the work and document what has been completed.

Keep Your Maintenance Moving
A fire door that no longer closes properly. Damage discovered during an inspection. A recurring leak. A list of remedial actions waiting to be organised.
We help turn these issues into clearly defined jobs, with an agreed scope, practical working arrangements and a record of the outcome.
Our service connects planned maintenance with reactive support, giving you a consistent approach to both scheduled work and unexpected defects. You know what needs attention, what has been authorised and what still needs to be resolved.

Planned Preventative Maintenance
Organised around your building, not a generic checklist.
For premises covered by the Fire Safety Order, appropriate fire safety measures must be maintained—not simply installed and left until the next assessment.
We help build a maintenance programme around your property, its use, existing assessment findings and the assets included in the agreed scope.
This can bring together scheduled inspections, routine fire door maintenance, checks of accessible passive fire protection, building fabric repairs and follow-up work arising from previous visits.
Before the programme begins, we agree the responsibilities, visit schedule, reporting arrangements and process for approving additional work. This gives your team a practical way to organise access, plan expenditure and track outstanding repairs.
Where an issue needs urgent attention, we flag it separately rather than leaving it within a future maintenance programme.

Reactive Repairs & Defect Response
A clear next step when something goes wrong.
When a defect is reported, we help establish what has happened, how urgently it needs attention and what information is needed before attendance.
Our reactive service covers issues such as damaged fire doors, failed closers, disturbed firestopping, damaged protective boarding and building defects affecting the condition or safe use of the premises.
We review the available photographs, reports and access details, then agree the appropriate visit and scope. Where the full extent of a problem cannot be established remotely, an inspection may be needed before a permanent repair can be quoted.
Any temporary measures are recorded separately from the permanent repair. We make clear what has been addressed, what remains outstanding and whether further investigation or specialist input is required.
Attendance arrangements are confirmed when the job is booked, taking account of the reported risk, location and work involved.
